It’s a pleasure bringing my car to Exalt’d. The service they provide is above what you would expect from a small local mechanic shop. I took my car in for a shuddering issue at slow speeds. I had been told for a very long time by another mechanic that the vehicle could not be fixed. The team at Exalt’d found the issue promptly, explained it in simple terms to me and fixed it at a reasonable cost. Upon pick up, I found that they also washed and vaccumed my car as part of their top quality service (which included a lift to and from home because I was in the local area). I will definitely be taking my car back to Exalt’d from now on, and have already recommended friends do so too.

Exalt’d Automotive are in one word, amazing – simply put. They got to the bottom of the coolant leak on my Audi promptly, and didn’t charge me exhorbitant prices like the Audi dealership I was going to beforehand. I came to Exalt’d with an SRS Airbag light on. I had taken it to other workshops including a Honda dealership and was not satisfied that they could not diagnose or fix the issue. The team at Exalt’d spent time and diagnosed the fault, and then proceeded to rectify it. When I got back, it was all fixed and the light never came back on again. I am grateful of their thoroughness and their honesty as well as their capabilities in diagnostics and will definitely be coming back to Exalt’d.

Really helpful staff. They spent a lot of time to check out my car and make sure that the issue I thought it had was actually correct. They informed me the whole way, and when they diagnosed the problem they sat down and had a chat with me about what I should/should not get fixed. I am really satisfied with their level of service and I’d recommend them to anybody who needs a mechanic in the area. Simply fantastic service!

I dropped my Yaris in for a RWC today and was pleasantly surprised by the honesty which was provided by Exalt’d Automotive. I dealt with Gabriel over the phone initially and when there was dealing with ‘Howie?’ who called out the potential items for RWC. One of the items picked up by a different mechanic who serviced the car was advised as ok by Exalt’d, they could have easily have charged me hundreds of dollars to replace the item but instead were honest. Note that they take the car to a different site to conduct the RWC inspection but take care of all of this for you. I definitely recommend the team here as it is rare to find honest mechanics, costs are also reasonable.

Brought my car to Kmart Box Hill whom damaged my car and quoted me over a $1000 to repair after a basic service.
